He understands its potential to support good health and—having lived in Asia, Europe and America—to serve as a vehicle for exploring and appreciating other cultures.
Gray’s mission is to imbue food with wellness. He starts with local sourcing of the best possible ingredients to create balanced dishes that are nourishing, delicious and mindful of dietary restrictions. Making this approach accessible to everyone—from food trucks to fine dining—is a top priority. As part of his commitment to help protect our natural resources, Gray founded Goodfish, a collaborative network of international chefs working to promote ocean sustainability through research and education.
